By accessing and using the services of JC College Station Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.

2. Services Description

JC College Station Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, stone patios, retaining walls, and outdoor masonry construction. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximations based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials already purchased and scheduling costs.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our services as specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage typically includes defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. To maintain warranty coverage, follow all care instructions provided and schedule recommended maintenance.

6. Liability and Insurance

JC College Station Masonry carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to underground utilities not properly marked.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all necessary permits are obtained. It is your responsibility to identify and mark the location of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure.

Please secure or remove any items of value from the work area. While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone.

8. Changes to Work

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges. Verbal agreements or modifications are not binding unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of JC College Station Masonry.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Texas law. The prevailing party in any legal action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Brazos County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
